Hiking trails take you to secluded fishing ponds, waterfalls and Green Mountain for a private day of  adventure.
                                                                                                                                  Swimming at Minerva Lake closeby by car... A pristine lake with a swimming beach, tennis courts, basketball courts, covered pavillion picnic area, summer snack bar. A great place to cool off after a long hike or bike! Rent a canoe or kayak at beaverbrook.net or Murdie's General Store in Minerva.

Whitewater Rafting on the Hudson is 15 minutes away.
The season usually goes like this...
April to Mid May - BIG Water - Class IV and sometimes V.
Mid May to September - Family Rafting Class III and IV.
Sept and October - Class IV and sometimes V.

Winter - We get lots of snow!
Falls Brook is located in a snowbelt region. Enjoy backcountry skiing and snow shoeing on trails and in the woods with lots of snow Dec thru March!

Snowshoe and backcountry skiing at Falls Brook Yurts.   Minerva Recreation Center: Ice skating, cross country ski and snow shoe trails. Welcome warming hut there provides equipment for winter sports too!
